Dolf has a history of about 20 years in the ICT industry, working for various mulitinational ICT companies as a Consultant, Engineer and in a number of (Senior) Management positions. After working in a more technical organisation, he became quickly interested in communication and people management, which led to a natural development towards leadership roles, thus giving him a broad background in people and business management as well as customer relationships. Apart from this, he has been trained in coaching and counseling and set up his own Integral Coaching & Counseling company.
Dolf is the author of two books: "The Healing Elephant," about his views on coaching and psychotherapy, and the forthcoming book "The Human Face of Management," about his perspective on management in large companies.
Dolf is based in Groenekan, The Netherlands.
